Roll Rescue. No helicopters required.
A cupboard calculator for people who would prefer not to discover the reserve is theoretical.
The arithmetic, in plain sight
Required sheets = people × (days + buffer) × sheets per person per day. Required rolls = sheets ÷ sheets per roll, rounded up. Packs = rolls ÷ rolls per pack, rounded up. Pack cost = packs × your price.
Price per 100 sheets = pack price ÷ (sheets per roll × rolls per pack) × 100. This compares quantity, not softness, strength or product quality.
Use the label on the actual item and keep stock in a dry, reachable place. This estimate does not account for every household change.
